WHITE GLOVE PLATINUM - IN-HOME DELIVERY SERVICE
We use only Fully Insured Furniture In-Home Delivery Companies, because we strive to keep your shipping cost the lowest the market will bear, and to offer you the very best in home delivery and set up. White Glove shipping thoroughly inspects the items to assure that they are in deliverable condition before providing in home set up of your furniture. Note: Safety and environmental regulations prevent the carrier from transporting used packaging materials; as a result, delivery personnel are unable to remove and transport the cartons, crates or other packaging in which you’re ordered item(s) were delivered. The shipper will place all packaging in the location you specify at your home.
Furniture requires Special Handling to ensure that damages do not occur, this is the reason we prefer in-home delivery, which may take a little longer and cost a little extra, but your furniture is cared for by professionals and you are given the ability to inspect your furniture at the time of delivery.

Google Checkout process displays "Shipping: $0.00," which is incorrect. At this time, it is not possible to customize the shipping field on the order receipt page for Google Checkout to indicate that shipping must be paid separately at time of delivery.
While we estimate 20 to 60 business days for delivery time, delivery could be less than 20 business days and it could be more than 60 business days. The shipping company will contact you in advance of delivery to schedule a delivery time.

To determine delivery rate, convert the rate in the chart to cents (.00) instead of dollars and multiply BY the weight of the item(s) - be sure to add the $25 and 18% fuel surcharge. Example: Quote to ship to IL for an item that weighs 375lbs. would be 375x0.68=255, then 255x18%=40.50, then 255+40.50+25=$290.50.
Inspection is when we uncarton every piece of furniture before delivery. Once out of the box, all furniture undergoes a rigorous inspection by trained furniture professionals to ensure your new furniture is of the highest quality prior to delivery to your home.
Deluxing is the extra touch that we provide to each piece of furniture. It includes dusting, cleaning, minor touch-ups, steaming, and a final inspection before delivery. It shows the customer that their furniture was handled with care every step of the process.
