We offer products ranging from manufacturer clearance item(s) to the latest styles and selections.
Does Grand Furniture Showcase print catalogs?
In order to keep prices as low as possible, GFS does not print catalogs, instead all of our item(s) are online and we are constantly adding new item(s). If you have any questions about our product line, which are not answered on this Web Site, simply use our online contact form.
What are your Hours?
Our Office hours are Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00PM EST, Closed Saturday and Sunday.
Are your prices subject to change?
Manufacturers have the right to increase their prices without advance notice to us. Therefore, prices are subject to change without notification. As a result, prices of item(s) in your Shopping Cart are subject to change until orders are placed. When placing orders, charges reflected in your Shopping Cart, including merchandise prices, are subject to correction in the event of calculation or printing errors. If a pricing error occurs, GFS will contact you before proceeding with your order.
Why don't you list prices on your Web Site?
Our products sell far below the manufacturer's suggested retail price. Due to this price differential, some manufacturers have requested that we do not display prices on this Web Site.
How long does it typically take for products to be delivered?
While we estimate 4 to 12 weeks delivery time, delivery could be less than 4 weeks and it could be more than 12 weeks. These time periods are only estimates and we are not responsible for manufacturer delays or changes in shipping dates.
Can I ship my order in stages?
Delivery of your order will be made at one time. If you require part of your order to be shipped in stages, please let us know at the time that you order by contacting us and we will do our best to comply. Additional charges may apply.
How much is shipping and handling on my purchase?
Shipping costs depend on a combination of factors, including where the item(s) are being shipped to and the weight of the item(s).
Why don't you include shipping and handling in your price?
Shipping is paid separately at the time of delivery in order to save our customers money. Most online furniture retailers add their most expensive shipping charges into the price of their products and pass this price on to all their customers even though most of their shipping charges are actually far less.
What if my furniture arrives damaged?
You should carefully inspect all ordered item(s) upon delivery. If at the time of delivery you notice any damage, defect or deficiency, you must describe this on the Bill of Lading retained by the delivery driver. Delivery personnel are authorized to attempt to rectify the problem at the time of delivery. If the delivery personnel are unable to rectify the problem at the time of delivery, the delivery personnel will return the item(s) for repair or replacement, at our sole discretion. Once repaired or replaced, the repaired or replaced item(s) will be reshipped to you at no further expense. Please be aware, however, that you will be charged for re-shipment on item(s) that are determined was of normal production quality and not the proper subject of a return. If you do not note damage at time of delivery, the item(s) will be deemed delivered in good condition and you will be responsible for the cost of any replacement parts plus shipping cost. If you do not note any defect at the time of delivery, your sole remedy is the warranty provided by the manufacturer.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once we contact the manufacturer, we are unable to cancel or change that order without penalty. GFS and you each become obligated to complete the payment of the purchase price upon placement of your order. As a result, we are unable to accept cancellations, in either whole or part, once the order is placed. Please be advised that we charge a cancellation fee of fifty percent (50%) of the total cost of your order plus actual shipping charges for any unauthorized cancellations.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax (currently 6.75%) will be charged on all item(s) delivered to addresses in North Carolina. If use tax is charged by your state for item(s) purchased in another state, it is your responsibility to report and pay any such taxes.
What warranties do you offer?
GFS does not provide any warranties. Your sole warranty, if any, is the warranty provided by the manufacturer, which is generally limited to defects in materials and workmanship
