When you carry as many products as we do, it's hard to guarantee the absolute lowest price on every single one of our items. Therefore, we have done our research in order to make sure we've got the lowest prices anywhere on the Internet.   When you shop with us, you know you're getting the lowest prices. If you find the exact same item(s) lower at a reputable On-line Retailer that is an Authorized Dealer (including their in-home shipping costs and any applicable taxes) within 5 days of your purchase, we'll give you a store credit for the difference. We will need you to place the lower net price into writing, and include a link to that competitor's web page showing their offer in order for us to verify the price and email to us.

All of this is why we say that no one can offer you the price, the knowledgeable and outstanding customer service that Grand Furniture Showcase provides. We're sorry, but the Low Price Guarantee cannot apply to a competitor's sale price, clearance or discontinued items and promotional offers.
